Onboarding: Systems and Structures (Part 1)

Series Course Description: This course is part of a three-part series to explore ways to create a streamlined, informative, and welcoming onboarding process for teachers new to their school. This series will guide participants in establishing or refreshing an existing onboarding or informal mentoring process for new-to-school staff. Additionally, the course discusses ways to increase collaboration with new staff and current staff members at your school.
