Mentoring: Resources & Implementation

Description
Series Description: This is part of a three-part series about mentoring. Participants will be invited to explore ways to identify, customize, and utilize current and new resources to support new staff at your school.

Series Description: What kinds of resources do you already have in place and how can you leverage them to support new staff members? During this course you will hear from a teacher-leader who is serving as a mentor coordinator as he leads a mentoring program in his school. Gain ideas to use the resources you have to support a range of mentoring experiences and programs by starting where you are, with the resources you currently have. Whether you have no program or adjusting a current one, participants will leave with new ideas to implement in their school community to support staff success.
